"I was with progressive paying over $1300 a month for commercial auto insurance just alone, I had Breana Cole reach out to me. Long story short she was able to save me over $900 a month with more coverage including life insurance and other hospital, etc coverage. "My experience with the Dan Miller State Farm office in Lewisville was a rollercoaster, but I'm so glad it ended on a positive note. There were a lot of issues with miscommunication and disorganization, which led to a lot of frustration on my part. It felt like I was constantly having to chase down information and correct errors. However, Account Manager Breana Cole was a lifesaver. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to get things sorted out for me. I was really impressed with her dedication and follow-through, especially when it came to resolving the issues with my policy. Overall, I'm satisfied with how things turned out, thanks to Breana. I would definitely recommend this State Farm location, but I would advise future customers to be prepared for some bumps along the way. Hopefully, the office has improved its communication and organization since my experience. Thank you so much and I apologize for the late review. Please keep improving your services."
