"Very poor communication, even after paying the full insurance premiums, no guarantee you are covered fully unless you call to verify. We made the payment recently and after 1 month when we call, they are saying they cannot give us the insurance coverage. When asked for full refund, it took 2 months after following up several times."

"Our insurance on our homeowners had increased by 30% and our previous agent did not inform us that it was going to be that hefty of an increase. We reached out to Lauren Madison who works with Dan Miller and discussed with Lauren our insurance needs. Lauren asked us to send her all of our insurance policies, and she worked up a comparative quote in less than a week. She kept of us apprised of any other information that she would need to complete the quote. Lauren set up a Team's call so that we could compare apples to apples all of our insurance coverage. We increased our Homeowner Liability, dwelling coverage and added in a 1MM Umbrella policy. With the increase in coverages with State Farm, we were still paying a significant amount less than our coverage with Farmers Ho Policy. Lauren and Dan were exceptionally helpful, answered all of our questions and were so easy to work with on this transition. I would highly recommend Lauren Madison and Dan Miller for all of your insurance needs."
