"Everyone I’ve interacted with has been very friendly and personable, and I truly appreciate the great customer service on that level. However, I am not pleased with the overall communication, follow-up, or follow-through from State Farm as a whole regarding my transition between states and all my polices. The lack of coordination and communication between the two agent offices has ultimately led me to move my business elsewhere. I want to be clear that this does not take away from how kind and personable the staff here has been."

"I never knew a bobblehead back in July at a Rangers Game would lead us here, Bre really is a breath of fresh air in this industry a lot of agents only care about making a sale not only was Bre persistent but not in the typical annoying I am trying to sell you auto insurance kind of way but remained with me in busy schedules, made after hours appointments to specifically make sure my home and auto insurance policies were truly perfect then she went a step above and beyond by obtaining information on my kids to provide life insurance information about as well.
