"New statefarm customer here ! Called today trying to shop around for cheaper insurance, Mia (my agent) did an amazing job , was professional, i enjoyed how i felt like i was talking to a actual human being , not a person with a script , she helped me save so much , i thought it was a scam or there was a catch , i even asked her “why so cheap?”"

"I rarely leave reviews unless the service I received went above and beyond what I could ever expect! I called this agency today & spoke with Fred W & I knew within the first minute of talking to him that this was going to be my agency. As a matter of fact, I was only going to receive a quote today & think about it for a few days/shop around but I was so happy with the service I received from him that I accepted the policy & paid for it in advance today even though I don’t need it for several more days! Fred was kind, very knowledgeable, patiently listened to everything I was saying & found me exactly what I needed in a quick amount of time without me having to repeat anything. He was also very personable & genuine. If I would not have gotten him on the phone today, I likely would not have taken this policy out today. Thank you Fred, you now have a new long-term customer & I plan to add another policy in the near future with him."
